No Refund / No Return Policy

At Branded By Kayla, every design, digital file, and branding asset is created exclusively for each client and their unique business needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

By purchasing any custom design service, AI-enhanced imagery, digital download, or branding asset from Branded By Kayla, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted.

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Custom design services

    • AI-generated images and mock-ups

    • Digital downloads

    • Templates and editable files

    • Branding bundles and packages

    • Rush order fees and add-ons

Once work has begun or files have been delivered, the sale is considered complete.

No Returns

Because all files are digital and customized, there is no physical product to return. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have provided accurate details, correct text, spellings, and branding preferences prior to finalization.

Project Accuracy & Revisions

  • Clients are granted up to 3 revision rounds (unless otherwise stated in their order package).

  • Any additional revisions or major redesign requests will be billed at an additional fee.

  • Revisions must be requested within the specified project timeline.

Artwork Approval

Before final delivery, clients will receive preview proofs for approval. By approving the final proof, the client confirms that:

  • All spelling, imagery, and branding elements are accurate

  • The design meets the expectations agreed upon in the project scope

Any changes requested after approval and delivery may result in additional fees.

File Access & Technology

Branded By Kayla is not responsible for:

  • Incompatibility with devices, email clients, or third-party platforms

  • Loss of access to files due to user error or expired download links

Replacement files can be requested for a $10 re-send fee.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a false chargeback or payment dispute after receiving custom work is considered fraud. We will provide proof of service and policy agreements to enforce our policy through your financial institution if necessary.
